PACEMAKER, BELFAST, 19/9/2013: Leah Totton arriveS at last night’s glittering Ulster Tatler People of the Year Awards at Belfast City Hall. The Apprentice 2013 winner was named Celebrity of the Year at the glitzy awards. This was the sixth year for the awards were created by Northern IrelandÕs longest-running glossy magazine, Ulster Tatler, to recognise and celebrate the people who have lit up its pages for more than 40 years and comprise of 12 individual categories relating to life and lifestyles in Northern Ireland.
