TWO CHARGED OVER CROSSBOW ATTACK

Men to appear at Lisburn Magistrates’ Court today over crossbow attack

Detectives investigating a crossbow shooting in the Rosmoyle area of Craigavon on Friday morning, October 27, have charged two men to court.

The men, aged 31 and 34, have both been charged with possession of a Class A controlled drug and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

They are due before Lisburn Magistrates’ Court today, Saturday, October 28.

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

Meanwhile, a 23-year-old man remains in custody at this time, assisting with enquiries.
