MASKED MALES ATTACK FLAT WITH BRICKS AND FIREWORK

Police in south Belfast are appealing for information following an incident at Drumart Green, Belvoir Estate, on Sunday, January 16.

It was reported at around 9.30pm that a group of masked males attacked a first floor flat in the area with bricks and fireworks.

A window was broken and a lit firework thrown inside causing scorch damage to a room in the flat.

Two occupants of the flat did not report any injuries and have since left the property.

The group of males was reported to have walked off in the direction of Dunseverick Avenue from Drumart Green following the incident.
