A 34-year-old man has been charged with improper use of a public communications network.

He is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court on October 26.

As is usual procedure, the charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

The charge follows an arrest made in the Belfast area with assistance from colleagues from West Midlands police.
