Police have charged a 34-year-old man to appear before Dungannon Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday 12 May. 

He is charged with possession of a Class B controlled drug, possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply, and cultivating cannabis.

As is normal procedure, all charges are reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

The charges follow the planned search of a property in the Newtownbutler area on Monday evening, May 10.
