POLICE are today dealing with a security alert followig the discovery of a suspicous object.

Chief Inspector Robert McGowan said: “Police in Enniskillen have cordoned off the Lough Shore Path area, in the vicinity of Riverside, following the discovery of a suspicious device this morning, Wednesday, March 17. 

“No roads are closed at this time and the public is asked to avoid the area to allow police to conduct enquiries and make the scene safe. 

“We will keep you updated.”
