SOUTH BELFAST HOUSE RANSACKED IN BURGLARY

Detectives are investigating the report of a burglary at residential premises in the Oakwood Park area of south Belfast on Monday 23rd November.

Detective Sergeant Natalie Moore said: “It was reported that sometime between and 4:30pm and 7:50pm on Monday afternoon, entry was gained into a property in the area.

“It was reported that all of the rooms in the property were ransacked. A number of items including a sum of cash were taken during the incident.

“I would appeal to anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area during this period of time to contact detectives in Musgrave on 101 quoting reference 1693 23/11/20.

“Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.
