DETECTIVES from Musgrave CID have charged a 38 year old man with making explosives in suspicious circumstances.

He is due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates’ Court on Monday, October 5.

As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

The charge is in relation to searches carried out by detectives from Musgrave CID assisted by Tactical Support Gourp in the west Belfast area on Sunday, May 17, under the Justice and Security Act.
