Detectives from Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Major Investigation Team have charged a 23-year-old man with the murder of Patrycja Wyrebek.

He is due to appear at Newry Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday, August 6, via video link.

As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.

Ms Wyrebek was found murdered in her home at Drumalane Park, Newry on the morning of Sunday, August 2.
