TWO men have been charged in relation to an incident which occurred at the Lagan Towpath in Lisburn on Monday 23rd December.
A 27 year old man and a 23 year old man have been charged with a number of sexual offences
Both men are due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates Court on Thursday 26th December.
As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
