DETECTIVES investigating the report of an assault on a man who was walking in The Roddens area of Larne during the early hours of last Saturday, November 23, have charged two men aged 26 and 29 with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Both were charged to appear at Antrim Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday, November 26, for a first remand hearing

As is normal procedures all charges are reviewed by the PPS.

A third man aged 29 was previously charged in relation to this incident to appear at Coleraine courthouse yesterday, Monday, November 25.
