DETECTIVES  investigating the murder of 54 year old Malcolm McKeown in Waringstown on Monday night, August 19, have charged two men with his murder.

The men, aged 24 and 25, are expected to appear before Lisburn Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Monday 26 August.

As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

McKeown, a father of three, was well known to police over his involvement in the drug trade in the area.
