DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Organised Crime Unit have charged a 51 year old man to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court this morning, Friday, July 19.

The man has been charged with offences including possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply, possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply.

As is usual procedure the charge will be reviewed by the PPS.

The charges follow searches in north Belfast yesterday where suspected Class A and B drugs worth an estimated street value of £150,000 were seized.
