DETECTIVES are investigating an aggravated burglary in north Belfast overnight.

Detective Inspector Kerry Brennan said: “At around 2am this morning, Sunday 23 December, it was reported that three masked men had kicked their way into a flat on Shore Crescent.

“They threatened the lone male occupant with a knife before assaulting him and fleeing with a sum of cash.

“We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area this morning and who may have noticed the three males or any vehicles.
