Man to face Belfast Magistrates’ Court over having knife and assault

A 29 year old male has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and common assault.

He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court this morning, Saturday, November 17.

As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.

The charges are in relation to an incident at residential premises at the Clifton Park Avenue area of north Belfast yesterday, Friday, November 16.
