TWO CHEAT INJURY AFTER SHOTS FIRED AT HOUSE IN NORTH BELFAST

POLICE are investigating the report of shots being fired at a house in the Farringdon Gardens area of North Belfast on Sunday, September 30.

Detective Sergeant Moffett said: “Police received the report at around 11.30 pm on Sunday night that two shots were fired through the front door of a house in the area.

“Two people were in the house at the time of the incident and although they were not physically injured, both were left badly shaken.

“I would appeal to anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area around the time of the incident or who may have information which could assist us with our investigation, to contact detectives in Musgrave on the non-emergency number 101.”

“Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.”
