Neil McShane who has set up new property consultancy business INPRIO

A NEW commercial property consultancy has set up in Belfast city centre led by one of Northern Ireland’s leading commercial property professionals.

The agency, ‘InPrio’, headed up by former Lambert Smith Hampton, Director of Capital Markets, Neil McShane, will specialise in investment acquisitions and disposals, asset management and development consultancy.

Clients are expected to range from private high-net-worth individuals to major corporates, funds, property companies and developers.

A qualified Chartered Surveyor, McShane is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with over 17 years’ experience across all sectors and throughout the UK.  

The consultancy has been set up at a time when progress is being made with local council development plans, coupled with the city deals for Belfast and Derry offering the potential to add much-needed impetus to the commercial property sector right across Northern Ireland for the next 10-15 years.
