POLICE have charged two males aged 17 and 19 with a number of offences including robbery and common assault.

The pair are due to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court this morning, Wednesday, June6, for a first remand hearing. 

As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.

The charges are in connection with a street robbery in Writer’s Square, Belfast, yesterday, Tuesday, June 5.
