A 32-year-old man is due to appear in Ballymena Magistrates Court this morning for a first remand hearing charged with a number of drugs offences

These include possession of a Class A drug, with intent to supply, possession of a Class B Drug with intent to supply, and possession of a Class C Drug with intent to supply.

The charges follow a search in Ballymena on Friday, January 19, when more than 12,000 diazepam tablets were seized.
