AN 18-year-old man has died following a crash in the early hours of this morning.

The crash happened on the Dungannon Road in Portadown.

Police believe the accident happened between midnight and 12.30 am.

Investigating officers are appealing for anyone who was travelling on that road and who witnessed the collision to contact officers at Lurgan or the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference number 20 for 8 November 2017.

The road has now reopened after part of it was earlier closed for an examination of the scene.
