DETECTIVES are appealing for information following a robbery from a shop in the Castlereagh Road area of Belfast yesterday evening (Monday, 02 October).

Detective Constable McPhillips said “Shortly after 9:00 pm of last night two males armed with baseball bats and wearing blue face masks entered the premises.

“They threatened staff before making off with a quantity of cigarettes and cash.

“I would ask that anyone with information contact 101 quoting reference 1372 of 02/10/2017, or if they wish to remain anonymous Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
