DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Terrorist Investigation Unit have arrested five men this morning over the UDA feud murder of George Gilmore.
Two properties in the Carrickfergus area have also been searched as part of the arrest operation.
The men were detained under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act.
They have been taken to the serious crime suite at Musgrave Police Station for questioning.
Gilmore was gunned down on March 13 in Pinewood Avenue in the town while driving his white Vauxhall Insignia car.
