DETECTIVES have charged a man following a break-in at a property in east Belfast.

The 24 year old male is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court this morning, Thursday, July 20.

He has been charged with burglary and possession of a Class B drug.

It is understood the charges are in relation to a burglary in the Finmore Court area of Ballymacarrett overnight on Tuesday, July 18 and the early hours of Wednesday, July 19.
