POLICE say a 22-year-old male has been charged with 28 fraud related offences. 

He is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court on Monday, July 31.

The charges follow the report of a man purporting to represent a children’s charity in the Glengormley area on the northern outskirts of Belfast.

As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
