STENA LINE SUPERFAST VII SAILS TO THE TOP OF THE LEADERBOARD

Alistair McCarlie, Senior Master and David McCulloch, Onboard Sales and Services Manager at Stena Line lead the celebrations of staff onboard Superfast VII as they receive their prize for topping customer satisfaction through the internal tracking system Scandinfo.

LEADING ferry company Stena Line has named Stena Superfast VII, which services the Belfast-Cairnryan route, as the top ship according to the internal customer satisfaction tracking system Scandinfo.

Stena Superfast VII, which operates North of the Irish Sea, has taken the coveted top slot with a superb year-round performance which saw the team achieve a score of 70%.

As well as occupying the top position, Irish Sea vessels Superfast VIII, Stena Lagan and Stena Mersey also ranked highly in the survey which tracks the annual customer service performance across the global 23 strong Stena Line fleet.

Stena Line Trade Director Irish Sea North, Paul Grant said:

“I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the Stena Superfast VII team for another outstanding performance.

“This is the second year in a row that Superfast VII has come out as the top performing ship with the highest customer satisfaction rating throughout the year.

“A total of 23 ships were measured and the overall satisfaction score is based on the number of customers who have rated the experience as 5 out of 5 so the team should be very proud of this achievement.

“Delivering excellent customer service across our business is something we are very passionate about and it’s a priority for us across every aspect of the company.

“The Scandinfo survey tracks important customer service areas around our business so four Irish Sea vessels achieving the top positions is a wonderful accomplishment and recognises the hard work of the Stena Line team, not only on the ship but within the port and shore functions too,” concluded Paul.
