DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Reactive and Organised Crime Branch are investigating a report of an aggravated burglary in north Belfast last night.

Police say that at around 11.20pm, two masked men forced their way into the property in the Shore Crescent area DEand threatened a woman who was in the house at the time.

They caused some damage to the premises before leaving on foot. It is understood no-one was injured in the incident.

Detective Sergeant Keith Wilson has appealed to anyone who has any information which could assist police with their enquiries to contact detectives at Musgrave on 101 quoting reference number 1286 21/01/17.
