DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Reactive and Organised Crime Branch have charged a 32 year old man with grievous bodily harm with intent.

It follows an assault on a man in his 20s in east Belfast.

The attack took place in the early hours of Friday morning.

The accused is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Monday, August 29 for a first remand hearing..
