DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Reactive and Organised Crime Branch have arrested 41 year old man on suspicion of a number of drugs offences.

They include importation of a class B drug, possession of a class B drug and possession with intent to supply a class B drug.

The man from Castlederg remains in police custody at this time assisting officers with their enquiries.                                                                                         

Detective Inspector Tom McClure said: “This arrest comes as a result of enquiries that have been going on for a number of months.

“I would ask anyone with any information about the use or supply of illegal drugs to pass that information to police on the non-emergency number 101 or to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
