Northern Ireland manager Michael O’Neill makes five changes to his starting 11 against Ukraine

NORTHERN Ireland manager Michael O’Neill has picked an attacking team to face Ukraine this evening (kick off 5 pm).

He has made five changes to his starting team from the team that went down 1-0 to Poland.

Top scorer in qualifying Kyle Lafferty is on the subs bench.

And in comes in Conor Washington supported by Jamie Ward and Stuart Dallas in a 4-3-3 formation.

Aaron Hughes, the 36-year-old defende,wins his 101st cap in a back four alongside Gareth McAuley, Craig Cathcart and Jonny Evans.

Corry Evans comes into midfield, which means he and Jonny become the first brothers to play in a Northern Ireland team at a major tournament.

Shane Ferguson, Conor McLaughlin, Chris Baird and Paddy McNair join Lafferty in dropping out of the starting 11.
