A 14-year-old girl suffered serious injuries to her head and face after being attacked with a bottle.

Police say the vicious attack happened at a house party in Carnbeg Avenue in Antrim at the weekend.

Detectives want to speak to any witnesses, especially those who were at the party on Saturday night.

Anyone with information is asked to detectives in Antrim on the 101 number.
