A security alert is continuing this morning in Lurgan following reports that an ‘explosive device’ was found on the Belfast to Dublin rail line.
The police said the suspect device was found on the line in the Lake Street area on Sunday afternoon.
A previous alert on Sunday morning closed the line and caused disruption to several train journeys but nothing was found.
A Translink bus service has been put in place for commuters while the operation to clear the device continues.
