POLICE have confirmed that the young school boy who died following a road traffic collision yesterday was Joshua Kelly.

The 6-year-old was knocked down by a car on the Scrabo Road in Newtownards, Co Down.

Police say Joshua was from the Newtownards area.

His family had only moved into a new home in the town a week ago.
