DETECTIVES have charged two teenage after six police officers were injured following collisions with a car across the Greater Beflast area.
Two boys, aged 15 and 16, have both been charged with burglary.
Police said the 15-year-old had also been charged with attempted burglary and three counts of aggravated vehicle taking.
The 16-year-old was further charged with attempted burglary, two counts of aggravated vehicle taking, dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, failing to stop for police and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
They are expected to appear before Belfast Youth Court later today, Thursday, January 14.
A 17-year-old boy and a 19-year-old man who were arrested at the time have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Police yesterday that at 1.45 am yesterday morning the car was reported to have rammed two police vehicles in Lynda Meadows in the Jordanstown area of Newtownabbey.
It was pursued to Cullingtree Walk in west Belfast, where it struck a third police vehicle.
A total of six police officers were injured.
