POLICE are investigating after a 36-year-old man died following a two-vehicle crash in Co Down.

The incident happened at Magheraknock Road in Ballynahinch at around 7.30 pm on Saturday night.

A 32-year-old man remains in hospital in a stable condition.

A five-year-old girl was also injured but is in a stable condition in hospital.
