The Straid in Glengormley this evening

THE northern outskirts of Belfast have been covered in a blanket of snow this evening.

Residents in Glengormleyand Carnmoney say the area resembles “Narnia” and ”Winter Wonderland.”

Snow has been falling in high grounds in Co Antrim since around tea time.

Forecasters say the snow will clear later.
