MEN CHEAT SERIOUS INJURY IN NORTH BELFAST GUN ATTACK ON HOUSE

police crime scene pic 1DETECTIVES are investigating after shots were fired and windows smashed at a house in in north Belfast last night.

The attack happened in Ludlow Square in the New Lodge district around 10.20 pm.

Two men in their 20s and 30s were in the house at the time.

Police say at least two shots were fired through a window.

One man received minor injuries to his hand.

Detective Sergeant Keith Wilson said: “At this time we believe at least two shots were fired through the window.

“Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area can contact detectives by calling 101.”
