A deal has been reached at Stormont between the parties to resolve current political impasse.

It is understood the parties have agreed on a way forward over paramilitary groups and thorny issue of welfare reforms.

But the parties have failed to thrash out a deal on legacy or issues of the past.

The talks have been running for ten weeks after Stormont was engulfed in crisis after the IRA was blamed for the murder of Kevin McGuigan.
