DETECTIVES are questioning a man over a gun attack in north Belfast last night.
The victim, who is in his 20s, was shot in both legs in the paramilitary-style punishment attack.
The man was found injured at Carlisle Parade in the New Lodge just after 8 pm.
He was taken to hospital but his wounds are not thought to be life-threatening.
The man being questioned about the shooting is in his 40s.
He was arrested in Upper Meadow Street a short time after the attack during a follow up security operation.
The suspect is now being questioned at the serious crime suite at Musgrave police station.
