DETECTIVES are investigating an incident of criminal damage to a house and car in the Lennox Avenue area of Carrickfergus on the evening of Monday 12th October.

Shortly after 9pm a report was received that a large group of masked men had arrived at the house, some armed with baseball bats.

The occupants were told to leave the area and windows on the car and house were smashed.

The men then left the scene in two cars, possibly a silver Renault Clio and a silver Renault Megane.

Superintendent Ryan Henderson has appealed to anyone with any information about this incident to contact police in Larne on 101.
