DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Organised Crime have charged a 48 year old man following the discovery of a cannabis factory.
It was uncovered in Selshion Parade, Portadown, yesterday Tuesday, 15 September.
He was charged with cultivating cannabis, possession of Class B drugs and possession of Class B drugs with intent to supply.
He was due to appear before Craigavon Magistrates’ Court this morning, 16 September.
As is normal procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
A 34 year old man who was also arrested for drugs offences has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
