POLICE are investigating after a young woman had a watch snatched from her wrist and rings stolen from her fingers last night in west Belfast.
The PSNI say the 22-year-old woman was walking from Pembrook Loop Road towards Old Colin when two men approached.
They and asked her what time it was and when she checked her watch, the men grabbed her by the arms and stole her rings and watch.
The thieves ran in the direction of Old Colin.
The victim has described the robbers as having local accents and wearing dark clothing with their faces covered.
Police have appealed for any witnesses to the incident to contact them on the 101 non emergency number.
