MASKED MEN FIRE SHOT AT HOUSE IN WEST BELFAST

Police scene armed copDETECTIVES are investigating the report of a shooting incident in west Belfast last night.

The PSNI say officers received a report that a shot had been fired at the front door of a house at Aspen Walk in Dunmurry at around 9.35 pm.

Minor damage was caused to the door.

A family of six cheated injury in the attack.

Inspector David McBride said, “ Three men wearing dark clothing and masks were seen in the area at the time of the incident.

“I would appeal to anyone who saw these men or who has any information about the incident to contact detectives at Lisburn on 101.

“Information can also be given anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
