TWO women have been arrested after £240,000 worth of suspected amphetamines were found during a police search.

The raid took place at a house on the Doagh Road in Newtownabbey, CoAntrim.

The women, in their 40s, remain in police custody for questioning under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
