QUICKLET – one of Northern Ireland’s largest residential lettings and management companies – has announced a £100,000 expansion into the residential sales market, creating two new jobs in the process.

The new business, Move Made was launched this summer due to a rising demand from clients and will be backed an experienced and professional team.

Market improvement in the residential sales industry also played a part in the decision to launch the new business.

Taking inspiration from its parent company, Quicklet, who were recently shortlisted for Best Small Business, Move Made promises to be a results-orientated business and will have a team of four dedicated staff, including Dermot O’Hanlon and Gavin McEvoy, who boast collective experience of over 20 years in the local residential sales market.

Located on Church Place in Lurgan, the new property sales company will also offer sales valuations and energy performance certificates, to help make the process of buying or selling as smooth as possible for their customers.

Commenting on the launch, Laura Cairns, Senior Manager Move Made said:

 “We decided to open Move Made due to increasing demand from our existing Quicklet clients.  The timing was right in the marketplace and we believe the two companies will complement each other.
