DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Organised Crime Branch have carried out a search at a house in Victoria Road in Bangor last night and recovered a quantity of suspected drugs.

Detective Inspector Trevor Stevenson said: “ Officers started the search of the house at around 6.30pm and have recovered suspected class A drugs with an estimated street value of between £30,000 and £50,000.

“No arrests have been made at this time but our investigation into this matter is ongoing and we are following a definite line of enquiry.

“I would ask anyone with any information or concerns about the illegal use or supply of drugs to contact police on 101.”
