DETECTIVES have arrested two men and a woman over the death of a man in Ballymena, north Antrim.

The 69-year-old died in the Drumtara area of the town on Tuesday afternoon.

His death is being treated as suspicious at this stage.

Police have appealed for anyone who has any information about an argument between a group of people to contact them on the 101 non-emergency number.

The suspects have been taken to the PACE suite at Antrim police station for questioning,

They can be held for 24 hours under PACE legislation.
