DETECTIVES have charged a woman in connection with a seizure of drugs and guns in the Greater Belfast area this week.

The 51-year-old is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates’ Court this morning for a first remand hearing.

She accused of conspiracy to supply Class A and Class B drugs, possession of Class B drugs, and conspiracy to possess firearms and ammunition.

The charges follow after police searched a number of properties on Wednesday of this week.

Two men have already appeared in court on charges linked to the same investigation.
