POLICE have recovered a number of cannabis plants in north Belfast.

Inspector Watton said: “Following a search of a house in the Thorndale Avenue area on Wednesday, 18 March, police discovered 7 suspected cannabis plants and other drugs paraphernalia.

“I would encourage anyone with information about drugs or any criminal activity to contact the Police on 101 or alternatively they can contact Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
