DETECTIVES are investigating after two men were taken to hospital following a shooting in west Belfast.
The victims, aged in their 30s, suffered gunshot wounds to their legs after being attacked in the Glenkeen area of Poleglas at around 8.45 pm on Thursday night.
Both men were rushed to the Royal Victoria Hospital where their conditions are described as stable.
Detectives in west Belfast are are investigating the punishment shooting and believe violent dissident republicans carried out the attack.
The main culprits are Oglaigh na hEireann who have carried scores of attacks across west Belfast in recent years.
