A MAN has been arrested over a racially motivated attack in Belfast City Centre.
Superintendent Pauline Hilman said: “Shortly after 1 am yesterday morning (Tuesday 17th February), a report was made to police of a racially motivated incident involving an aggressive male attacking a vehicle in the vicinity of Custom House Square.
“A 19 year old male was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, common assault and disorderly behaviour. ”
